In 1990, Christian Barrette and Hélène Lessard took possession of “Barrette” farm, a familial dairy farm passed on for many generations. Following the assessment of a few prospects, they decided to transform the farm into an artisanal cheese dairy. The company opened its doors on September 26th 1996. The couple specializes in manufacturing several types of Cheddars and infuses its dairy products with love.
